Payment and Appointment Policy
Treatment Estimates: A full written breakdown of clinical costs and a personalized treatment plan will be provided at your consultation before any procedures commence.
Payment Schedule: Payment is required for treatment provided on that day. For treatments planned over several visits, we request a 50% advance payment at the preceding visit.
Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards (including American Express (AMEX)), debit cards, bank drafts, direct bank transfers, and cash. We DO accept American Express (AMEX) and direct bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, the full deposit amount will be charged to cover clinical and practice costs.
0% Custom Finance: To make dental care affordable, we offer custom financing options (available on treatments over £500, subject to status). Applications are completed in-clinic for same-day decisions.
We handle your insurance paperwork so you do not have to.
White Rose Dental Studio is an insurance-friendly private practice. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We then complete, stamp, and sign all claim forms on your behalf, making it as simple as possible for you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurer. As a registered Denplan member practice, we also offer monthly payment plans to spread the cost of your care.
